The base is similar in design to the one used for Johanson’s Madison table series, which means that Pilot chairs and Madison tables are ideally suited to be used together. Fabrics are available in a wide selection of materials and colours. The base is available in 192 RAL colours and with four different surface finishes, which are now standard options for all Johanson bases. The collaboration between Lervik and Johanson to develop the Pilot chair is just one of their many joint projects over recent years. Pilot is completely Swedish-made and is manufactured at Johanson’s production plant in Markaryd.
